Poster Presenter Expectations

If your paper is selected for a poster presentation, you will need to create both an ePoster and traditional, printed poster. ePosters are single-page, PDFs with static text and images. The deadline to upload a poster to the submission system is April 14. To enhance the ePoster experience, you will have the option to record an audio track to explain your research to meeting attendees. The audio will play when an attendee views the ePoster in the online meeting platform. Traditional printed posters will be displayed in the Expo Hall at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, Colorado, USA.

In addition, accepted poster presenters must register for the 2023 AOCS Annual Meeting & Expo by March 31.

Student ePoster Presenters

Are you a full-time student? Your poster will be automatically entered into the Student ePoster Pitch Competition for a chance to present your work with other finalists. We will share more information on the competition soon!
