Midweek Mixers

The AOCS Annual Meeting & Expo is more than just a conference — it is a prime opportunity to advance your career and grow your network, all in one place. Professionals from all over the world come together online and in-person to share insights and perspectives while building new connections.

Midweek Mixers

Midweek Mixers are a virtual space for you to connect with colleagues, engage in business development or just socialize with friends to unwind during the 2021 AOCS Annual Meeting & Expo.

There is no fee to participate but registering for the meeting is required. To participate in one or more mixers, add the mixer(s) during the select sessions step of the registration process. You will receive instructions for how to join the Mixer after you register. You do not have to be a member of AOCS or any of the Divisions, Sections or Common Interest Groups to participate.

Divisions

Divisions are focus-specific communities within AOCS that form the building blocks of the Society. These communities represent diversified interests, share technical expertise and offer a multitude of educational and networking opportunities specific to each discipline. Analytical Division Mixer

Friday, May 7, 2021 at 1 p.m. CDT (Chicago, USA; UTC-5)

Calling all analytical chemists! Meet up with colleagues and make new connections during the annual meeting. Join us for an update on Division activities, to learn about volunteer opportunities and to meet the student award winner and Dutton Award winner. Then, Tom Brenna, will give an informal talk with highlights about his 40+ years of research. Tom will make you laugh and smile. Do not miss out!
