All 2023 AOCS Annual Meeting & Expo programs and events will be hosted in-person at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, Colorado, USA. As a registered attendee, you will have access to:

• Live, in-person viewing of technical program presentations and posters from all ten interest areas, including 450 oral presentations and 100+ poster presentations
• Featured sessions and hot topic symposia presentations
• Special Sustainable Protein Sessions, hosted by the Sustainable Protein Forum Program Committee
• Networking events, including daily continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, and three evening receptions
• Expo hall featuring 60+ exhibitor booths, opportunities to meet industry leaders, Corporate Member Lounge, Early Career Inspiration Lounge, Startup Pavilion and souvenir photo station
• AOCS Governing Board Town Hall
• Student ePoster Pitch Competition
• On-demand access to recordings from meeting sessions shortly after the meeting concludes

Pre-meeting and Ticketed Events

Annual meeting registration is not required for attendance at pre-meeting events, including the Student ePoster Pitch Competition and Midweek Mixers.

Additional ticketed events are available if you are participating in the annual meeting in-person. Organizing groups include AOCS Divisions, Sections, and Common Interest Groups. Tickets for Division and Section Events plus morning yoga must be purchased in advance with annual meeting registration. You can learn more about these events here.

Guest tickets are also available for the Welcome Reception on Sunday and evening receptions on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Exhibit Personnel

Companies exhibiting at the annual meeting are invited to bring additional personnel to work the booth for US $375/person, regardless of the individual’s AOCS membership status. Please choose “Exhibit Personnel” as the registration option when advancing through the online system. Exhibit Personnel only have access to the Expo and the networking events taking place within the Expo Hall.

• Submit only one registration per form or online session.
• All cancellation/refund requests must be received in writing on or before April 7, 2023 to receive a full refund. Cancellation/refund requests should be submitted to the AOCS Registrar, Karen Kesler, at karen.kesler@aocs.org. Refund requests received after April 7, 2023 will not be honored.

Attendee List Scam

AOCS does not sell email lists of members or meeting registrants. Distribution or other use of the list without AOCS’ express authorization is strictly prohibited. Third-party “pirate” companies reach out to delegates and exhibitors offering to sell these lists often with the primary objective of obtaining credit card information.
