The AOCS Exhibitor Success Center is your complimentary guide to ensuring a successful exhibit. Below you will find resources to help you improve your company’s exhibiting performance and ROI at the AOCS Annual Meeting & Expo.

Important Dates and Deadlines

AOCS Exhibitor and Sponsor Management System

All AOCS exhibitors have a digital exhibitor profile on the AOCS Exhibitor and Sponsor Management System. This information populates annual meeting websites (annualmeeting.aocs.org and Attendee Meeting Manager site) before, during, and after the annual meeting.

All exhibitors receive access to the Exhibitor and Sponsor Management System. From the backend, you can create your company profile and add inputs which may include:

• Company description (3–4 sentences - 500 words)
• Company logo 1200x400 horizontal (only .ai or .eps file accepted)
• Company brochure (30MB, .pdf)
• External links (up to 6 URLs beginning with https://)
• Staff photos (up to 4 photos, 400x400, .png or .jpg - 1 per staff profile)

Booth layout and services

A standard booth is a 10’ x 10’ space (100 square feet) with an 8’ high drape back wall, 3’ high drape side walls and an ID sign (7’ x 44”). View the current floorplan here.

Wired internet and Wi-Fi, Electricity
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the meeting and exhibit space. If an exhibit booth requires internet for streaming videos or large files, please contact Palais des congrès de Montréal by visiting their online exhibitor portal.

If you receive phone calls or emails from other companies not listed above, they are not affiliated with the 2024 AOCS Annual Meeting & Expo. AOCS does not recommend using unsolicited services.

Registration

AOCS does not register anyone automatically. All exhibiting organizations’ attendees must register for the annual meeting online by March 31, 2024. Register now.

Each exhibiting company receives the following:

  • Two full meeting registrations

Exhibiting companies can also register for additional “exhibit personnel” badges for US $395/ea. Personnel with these badges only have access to the exhibit hall. Any personnel who also want access to oral and poster presentations must register for the full meeting.

Corporate Member Registration

Is your organization also an AOCS Corporate Member? If so, you may have access to additional full complimentary meeting registrations, as well as access to the Corporate Member Lounge within the expo hall. The Corporate Member Lounge features morning coffee service, device charging stations, and soft furniture for more comfortable working conditions. Learn more about Corporate Membership.
